Job Responsibility
1. Communicate with prospects and clients at different stages of Sales Cycle for Requirements Gathering, Client Interview, Project Scope Finalization, Cost and Time Estimation, Final Negotiation and Feedback (Post Project Completion).
2. Assisting sales team on creating proposals/SOW/WBS/Work Contracts for Technical Assessment, Solution and Customer Experience Design.
3. Working closely and collaboratively with clients to understand and capture the requirements and to devise effective solutions.
4. Partner with sales team from a technical perspective, act as a technical consultant and share estimates.
5. Working closely and collaboratively with clients to understand and capture the requirements and to devise effective solutions.
6. Experience in Proposal Writing.
7. Coordinate and Communicate with the Pre-Sales and Post Sales departments to identify the areas where our Pre-Sales and Post Sales Professionals should improve to achieve the organization level growth objectives.
8.Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions for Pre-Sales Team.
9. Perform post-delivery project analysis of exhausting hours to define estimation factors in a better way. Share findings/ lesson learnt with the team & management.
10.Defining, analyzing and documenting the requirements during the project estimation process.
11. Ensure that the Project Requirements are handed over to the Project Delivery Team with a clear understanding. 12. 12. Following documents will be required from the Pre-Sales Consultant for a smooth Knowledge Transfer: –
-Proposal Document
-Business Requirements Document
-Ensure that the Project Delivery is smooth through: ·
-Bridging the gap between Sales Team, Project Delivery Team and Client
-Conflict Management if there are any issues/concerns reported by any client or project delivery team member
13. Responsible for Reviewing/Maintaining/Improving high-quality Business Communication in the company (mostly related to Sales, BA team, and others involved in marketing and client communication) and handling the client concerns positively and professionally. Objectives are to:
-Earn better trust.
-Improve leads conversion.
-Improve the existing relationship
