Cybersecurity Technology Controls (CTC)delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase’s Controls, Access Management and IT Risk agendas, with a focus on stability, delivery, efficiencies and people. The goal of TC is to drive standardization, consistency and simplicity in a JPMorgan Chase architecture that fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across the entire enterprise. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.
TheGlobal Identity and Access Management(GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines ofbusiness (LOBs)globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by TC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risksolutions.
The ideal Business Analyst will:

  • Partner with business, technology, and control teams to advance the product’s vision
  • Be responsible for requirement definition, JIRA product backlogs, story grooming, roadmap management, status and communication
  • Be accountable for the overall product being delivered by a high-performing team
  • Ensure alignment of product features and stories, draft user stories, participate in agile development process, and prioritize user stories to meet strategic goals
  • Manage and prioritize feature iterations to make trade-offs affecting schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations
  • Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points, usability test results, market & Industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience of 7+years in business analyst role with demonstrated success
  • Strong technical, conceptualization, analytic, and communication skills, including proven ability facilitating interactive sessions with business/functional teams
  • Proficiency in agile methodology and the JIRA toolset
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology, risk and other key stakeholders
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with appropriate sense of urgency
