Join Amazon’s Employee Services team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! We are recruiting for a Benefits Administration Reporting Analyst. This position is based out of Prague and specializes in benefits administration as part of the employee life cycle in EMEA region. The work focuses on leading reporting operations, you will become an expert on internal processes and policy guidelines to drive success on an associate, department, regional, and global levels. Become a part of our team and work for employees while maintaining successful partnerships with Global Benefits, HR, Payroll, Third Party Vendors, and Operations to provide an excellent employee experience.
The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of knowledge, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The person must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the customer service focus that the world associates with and expects from Amazon.
Responsibilities include:
· Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to the business requirements.
· Be a main point of contact for the service with data and reporting needs via email and chat.
· Resolve queries by referring to documentation and through self-guided exploration; escalating where these cannot be resolved.
· Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with global stakeholders.
· Actively detect trends and opportunities to enhance standard operating procedures and create resolution plans.
· Train team members on systems and provide process/data support, develop and maintain functional user documentation.
· Actively participate in Service Delivery projects & implementations
Basic Qualifications :
· Strong working knowledge with MS Access and Excel
· Working knowledge with data extraction tools and visualization tools
· Analytical with eye for details
· ability to use advanced excel functions including scripting
Preferred Qualifications :
· Working knowledge of HR process and systems
· Strong exposure to benefits related processes within global service delivery setup
· Strong understanding of statistical tools and techniques
· PeopleSoft or other HRMS systems a plus
· Ability to consume unstructured data for leadership reporting
