We, EDS Entertainment Devices Services team in Bangalore, work on continuously improving the QA certification solutions for Amazon Appstore Apps products and services.
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for customer engagement data. In this role, you will support a range of analytics efforts, monitor existing models accuracy and help business stakeholders to analyze and solve complex problems.
You will:
· Handle unique data analysis requests from a range of data stakeholders , including quantitative and qualitative analyses to elevate the customer experience
· Continuously evaluate data analysis tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high-quality and scalable
· Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions
· Generating actionable insights through the development of dashboards and deep dive analyses
· Closely collaborate with colleagues from science, engineering and business backgrounds
Basic Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
· Experience with analytics or business analysis
· Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tools)
· Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL)
· Ability to clearly communicate insights (in verbal and written form) to stakeholders and senior management
· Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail and experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines, strong attitude to work in self organizing and autonomous way
Preferred Qualifications :
· · Experience working with ML data, speech recognition and/or natural language processing
· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative and dynamic environment
· Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis
