Job Description
Key responsibilities:
. Participate in requirements walkthroughs to gain an understanding of the applications and processes to be tested.
. Work with PM to develop the User Acceptance Test Plan
. Document test scenarios and expected results. Utilize business requirements (user stories), IT system test plan, screen designs and SME input to identify and document scenarios.
. Work with PM and business SMEs to identify test plans and participants to meet user story criteria, assign test scenarios to testers for test execution
. Work with IT and RP System Support to ensure test environment is ready for testing
. Assess functional test plan and test scenarios for completeness and sufficient testing. Work with PM to address any shortfalls or gaps with IT QA team.
. Work with testers to capture and report defects. Ensure duplicate defects are not reported. Ensure testers provide sufficient information and screen shots if needed.
. Maintain reporting of UAT progress.
. Act as primary liaison between testers and technical team
. Consistently follow established best practices and UAT methodology
Shift: US Shift.
This project involves interaction with senior stakeholders. The resource should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
