Responsibilities
The Offshore BA will be responsible for the oversight of daily development activities once the Bot Business Cases are approved by the leadership team and business stakeholders.
Ideal attributes
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and status reporting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Prior RPA exposure
Responsibilities through the project life cycle
Design
Review PDD and Business Case with the BT RPA team
Review SIPOC documentation with the BT RPA team
Review BT RPA Teams User Stories and sprint alignment
Help define MVPs / Phases for the bot in coordination with the BT RPA team and Onshore BA team
Development
Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and huddles
Take part in Sprint Working build reviews / Demos
Attend Daily RPA Stand-up meetings
Field any ad-hoc development and design questions from BT RPA team
Review RPA solution with Onshore BA team to ensure the solution meets business requirements
Release Hypercare Support
Hypercare Daily check-ins with BT RPA development pod
Monitor bots transaction volume and usage / utilization
Production Control
Monitor bots in Production, reporting on bot health
Alert Onshore BA and BT RPA team to bot productivity issues
Assist BT RPA team on production triage of issues
