Required Skills
- Preferred 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a business IT environment.
- Hands on experience with Artefacts BRD, FRD/FSD, Use Case, Change Process, Business Process Models / Flow Diagrams.
- In depth knowledge of SDLC(Mobile / Web Platform), experience to work closely with Dev& QA Environment.
- Experience with both Waterfall & Agile Methodologies and good knowledge of ScrumFramework
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Masters or further education or experience.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with high level of assertiveness.
- Up-to-date with current approaches, methodologies and technology in Business Analyst role.
- Ability to work hard and under pressure in Individual Contributor role.
