We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst
Role Title: Business Analyst
Location : Hyderabad
Principal responsibilities

  • Should have at least 3+ year of experience as a technical business analyst in Finance/Banking domain.
  • Should have very good communications. Will need to interact with business (Primarily UK based) on day to day basis.
  • Understand/analyse the requirements, translate it into functional solution document.
  • Provides the Product Owner with administrative support whilst evolving Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
  • Creates analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
  • Supports the development and testing of the BA elements
  • Should have hands-on experience on Agile Tools (especially JIRA)
  • Maintain Raid log.

Requirements

  • Has expertise leading Agile engineering teams using DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment
  • Has expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience
  • Helps to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product
  • Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live

Qualifications
