• Thorough and up to date understanding of analysis approaches, tools and techniques commonly applied in the consulting field
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong analytical thinker
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business process and data modelling experience
• Strong experience in Telecommunications Process Frameworks (TMF eTOM) and IT Process Frameworks (ITIL)
• Good understanding of BSS solutions and processes
• Should have deep knowledge about the CPQ, Order Management, Billing, CRM and Workflow Management systems, Linux Required Skills
