Pre Sales Consultant -FS
Presales Subject Matter Expert having 10+ years of Experience for Financial Services domain. Create out-of-the-box solutions & service offerings targeted for Banking, Insurance and Capital markets; work passionately on multiple proposals, drive diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization to deliver on proposals and proactive pitches. In addition, the role requires building a Go-to-Market WIN strategy and drive business growth. Support RFI / RFP responses working closely with Sales & Technology teams within IES Shape opportunities in areas such as Mobility, Payments, Switching, Cloud engineering, System & platform engineering, IOT, Analytics, DevOps, Microservices, Tandem, ATM/POS etc Build PoV (point of view), Thought leadership in Engineering domain relevant to FS Work closely with Vertical teams in understanding customer pain points and proactively build Engineering solutions / service offerings for FS domain Responsible in shaping pipeline and Order book working closely with account teams and front-end IES sales team. Will own stretched targets for order book, revenue and opportunity pipeline. Support delivery teams in building right competencies targeted to Financial services domain around engineering skills Support and Drive in building and managing IES IPs in FS domain Put together commercial constructs & business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals. Engage in dialogue with bankers, insurance experts and senior management VPs, CXOs, Heads of business units in Financial Services Organizations
