Job Description:
Working closely with Admission and Counseling Team to educate them of changing Student Visa Rules.Guide the students & ensure that they are serviced well at all steps of the student Visa Application process/Documents,Train them for Visa Interview.

Student Visa Rules
• Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process
• Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background
related papers
• Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files
• Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.
• Liaising with different embassies as and when required.
• Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
• Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
• Train students for Visa Interview
Skills Required:
Candidate Must have a strong knowledge about Canada, UK & Australia Visa Rules & Regulations
♦Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc
♦Resultorientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
♦Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Well presented & confident,
♦Should have Team Handling Experience
♦Good keyboard skills, academically bright.
♦An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
♦Flexibility over working hours
♦Should have a open and accessible personal style; is calm and thoughtful, and encourages input and ideas from others.
♦Strong IT Skills.
Job Location:Nawashahr, Bathinda
Education:Any Graduate or PG
Salary: 3- 6 LPA
Preferred: From Immigration Industry, Pleasing Personality, Convincing Skills.
