Accounts Receivable Specialist
The responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable team are as big and broad as you’d expect from a global business. From receipts and invoicing, to credit notes and refunds, to bank reconciliations, their diverse activities are integral to our success in handling our annual revenues. What you’ll achieve
As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will provide support in the collections process, prepare outstanding accounts reports, support resolution of queries and proactively initiate collection activities while adhering to credit and collections policies, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls. You will also respond to customer queries and resolve customer invoicing disputes.
You will:
. Research outstanding balances and resolve customer issues
. Respond to internal and external customer account inquiries
. Work on critical custom invoicing accounts and requests
. Coordinate dispatch of documents and forward credit for accepted documents
. Connect with customers to secure payments and identify key problem accounts for leadership review

Essential Requirements
. 2 to 5 years of related experience
. Good knowledge of accounting principles
. Good knowledge of MS Office
. Basic analytics skills

. A keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
