*3-5 years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a progressive, high-growth environment
Proven success and experience in sales recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS.
*Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and passion to source, recruit and close talent.
*Interest in building and scaling a recruiting processes that fosters diverse and inclusive teams.
*Enjoyment in collaborating with employees at all levels.
*A high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills.
*Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
*Experience supporting recruiting for several departments simultaneously, partnering with business leaders across a variety of functional areas and business units.
*Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Jobvite preferably.
*Working knowledge of sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns, preferred.
