The Role Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for:
- Establish the strategic roadmap for program and project delivery in collaboration with business and ITO partners.
- Work closely with vendors and ITO to identify the more sustainable and cost effective options on solution design and platform choices.
- Drive vendor product alignment to internal %26amp; external policies by influencing the technical %26amp; functional design as well as policy content.
- Be the Change lead for business critical, high profile and regulatory mandated projects while concurrently balancing discretionary business improvement projects.
- Balance the intent to have a strategic approach for Internal and Regulatory Liquidity projects with the need to meet regulatory deadlines and reduce time to market.
- Manage a team of 100 staff directly and additional indirect resources through project team structures
- Influence design and execution of the projects where there is no direct control.
- Develop and manage the ERP support team in Bangalore as well as developing and managing the existing resources.
- Successful operationalization of the new ERP centre of excellence (CoE) including the governance processes, CoE framework, best practices, methods, tools and accelerators in line with banks delivery methodology.
- Define and build the appropriate additional applications required to solve for SAP functionality gaps
