• Must exhibit proficiency with basic computer and advanced Excel skills.

• Prepares Proforma Invoice by verifying specifications and prices.

• Following up on unsent invoices and running reports.

• Should possess good typing speed and accuracy.

• Scan documents and print files, when needed.

• Keeping client/sales representative/product data and analysis available and up to date for our Sales team/management.

• Organize sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Keep information confidential.
