1. Must have knowledge of Enquiry generation, quotation,PO.
2. Working as coordinator for Sales & Marketing, Purchase & Accounts dept.
3.Should knowledge of tally & accounts work.
4.Billing, claim processing, maintaining date & filings.
5.Should be responsible for maintaining accurate service records & documentation.
6.Should be coordination with customers over emails & phone for services.
7.Payments follow ups, drafting mails, back-end task as per requirement & work schedule.
8.Follow-up with Customer as well as Vendors
9.Responsible for day to day administrative functions
