Job Description :
You will work as part of an Account Opening and Account Maintenance team. Candidates must demonstrate an interest and knowledge in financial markets, as well as possess excellent analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects are also a must. This role would suit someone who has some experience in the financial markets/Client On-boarding.
Specific responsibilities include:

  • Connect/Engage with stakeholders to drive change and for better customer experience
  • Be Agile and Flexible in multi-tasking as per business need
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders
  • Review of documentation for entities such as Corporation, Trust, Private Holding Company, Individuals as per the policy/jurisdiction for all KYC/CDD documents and raising request for information/documents
  • Responsible for verification of client data
  • Assisting in Client Servicing activities
  • Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication
  • Manage new Client account opening and Perform account Maintenance activities (Client Communication, Suitability, Tax forms processing)

Personal Attributes & Requirements

  • University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 6 – 8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision adaptable to work in demanding environment
  • Demonstrate capability to co-ordinate different tasks and perform related follow up until completion
  • Possesses collaboration, partnership and influencing skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to implement and manage day-to-day tasks
