You will join us as a Business Analyst and your responsibilities include:
%26bull; Work and connect every day with highly skilled business and IT professionals/teams to help deliver the business testing for Regulatory reporting solutions like Basel III, Basel IV and Regulators such as PRA, FINMA, IHC
%26bull; Systems impact assessments, Test strategy for releases, test planning and inputs to run books with IT, Odyssey/Octane/HP ALM setups, represent the TM team and drive the UAT agenda every day via UAT calls, defect triage calls and business decision calls.
%26bull; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and coordinate efficiently with business / IT / FC partners on a need basis and contribute to daily, weekly reporting as per directives from Test Lead
%26bull; Represent Business interests in all decision calls by providing valuable inputs to decision making and aid the delivery of the release by mitigating all delivery risks
%26bull; Learning curve includes learning the risk and finance systems, people organizations, Regulatory Basel & Investment banking domain (if required in detail), data flows and souring systems.

Test Management Team is a high achieving, approachable, experienced, self-motivated, independent, and driven unit consisting of 3 team members and business lead passionate about successful business test delivery of all work in scope. The team is dedicated to the BSLEC project and delivers most Investment banking test releases / projects within the BSLEC portfolio. The Finance change department consists of highly dynamic and a diverse set of people delivering various projects in Risk and finance for various business partners.
