– Optimize testing process by eliminating redundancy and archaic old processes while replacing them with new age automation and design thinking
– Communicate extensively with transparency to build trust
– Build Intellectual Property for the Bank
– Embrace solutions which are Game Changers , reduce manual efforts with superior machine learning technology, without impacting coverage
– Be the Primary Point of Contact for all Novopay Testing
Key Success Metrics:
– Number of Processes/Workflows/Test Cases converted to Automation
– Establishing and delivering to a Plan
– Early Escalation when plans are in danger of slippage
– Rate of Adoption of Newer Technologies and Processes
– Team and Morale Building
