AM/Manager R2R Job role:- Job holder will be responsible for managing end to end R2R operations which includes journal entries posting, fixed asset accounting, intercompany, month end closing, reporting etc.,will be managing a team along with interacting with senior stakeholders on adhoc basis. Desired skill set:- Should have at least 8+ years of experience in RTR. Should be preparer also a reviewer of all journal postings, ledgers, sub ledger posting, resolving issues in accrual and prepaid entries, closing books on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Good experience in reconciliation of GL, BSR, Intercompany and other accounts. Should also prepare Trial balance and balance sheet as per Global Accounting standards Should have good people and stakeholder management skills Flexible to work with shifts
