POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Associate Vice President (AVP) is responsible for the financial matters of the Company and its affiliate organizations. The AVP will report to the Vice President, Finance. The AVP, will oversee compliance (central, state, local as well as client-driven) activities of the firm. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous, detail-oriented and deadline-oriented workplace while managing a small finance staff.
