As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for executing and supporting several key initiatives either in global transformation, digital transformation or business management and resilience. Using your understanding of the project lifecycle from conceptualisation through to implementation you will partner and collaborate with our finance teams to support change and global transformation initiatives across automation, transition, business performance management and resilience planning. With great attention to detail and the ability to deal with complex issues and structures, you will be supporting on process diagnostics, uncovering opportunities, conceptualising solutions, developing business cases, and improving processes. You will also have the ability to work well with stakeholders across business/technology functions to define requirements. You will drive the innovation culture for ideation and apply strategic thinking to ensure innovations are implemented to maximum effect as you contribute to the group’s strategy in the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will be freshly graduated from an MBA in finance from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 institute and bring good knowledge of finance and accounting concepts. You will be organized, high performing and goal-driven individual who is curious to learn finance process and best project management practices. You will have strong business analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills and be tech-savvy and a fast learner with innate communication skills in order to work with stakeholders effectively. You will be well-versed with agile and waterfall methodologies as well business process mapping. Having knowledge of emerging technologies would be an advantage.
