This growth and our commitment to investing in our people and platform has created the need for an enterprising finance professional to join our Bangalore office in the newly created role of Finance & Operations Analyst, supporting the global finance team based in USA. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with leading the day to day operations of the organization and providing administrative support to the executive leadership team within Occupier Services | Americas. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with leading the day to day operations of the organization and providing administrative support to the executive leadership team within Occupier Services | Americas. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist the Director of Operations with management of the day to day operations
- Provide administrative support to leadership team including managing expense reimbursement, assisting with travel arrangements and assisting with calendar management
- Facilitate accounts receivables including but not limited to managing deal recognition process, applying deposits and following up on outstanding payments and supporting bad debt recoveries
- Manage Accounts Payables including submission of vendor invoices for payment and providing reporting on vendor spend to assist with cost management
- Assist with coordinating monthly and quarterly performance reporting including updates on revenue and customer satisfaction
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures including best practices, playbooks, reporting, communication and technology
- Support client business reviews including but not limited to development of deliverables and coordination of account financials
- Assist with the management of the customer satisfaction program including facilitating client surveys, follow-up, measurement and reporting
- Coordinate human resources activities including but not limited to onboarding, termination, etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Administrative role or similar supporting and contributing to multiple service lines.
- 2+ years in the commercial real estate industry is desired.
- BA degree.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Revenue Recognition Systems (i.e. DTS/Our Deals), IWMS Systems (Axxerion WorkTrac), SharePoint (Colliers 360) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Excellent client service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
- Positive demeanor and be able to overcome challenges managing limited resources.
