FP&A transformation leaders Candidate expectation: Seasoned 13+ Yrs matured FP&A Domain leaders with hands on Transformation experience from BPO / KPO / Shared services or Strategic consulting firms Should have done high Impact transformation projects in FP&A domain Minimum 3+ Projects atleast with end to end ownership at his/her level You must be a Domain expert in the FP&A tower of F&A. You must have hands on experience and have delivered at least 2 large scale End to End FP&A Transformation for global Clients You must be well versed with Industry Digital F Associate Manager RTR Candidate expectation Qualified / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWAI / MBA or Holding a Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting 8 to 10 years of finance and accounting experience and preferably in BPO industry and has worked in major ERP’s and People soft would be preferred. Open to Night Shifts Must have a passport (with minimum validity of 1 year) US Visa will be a added advantage Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills Excellent analytical / Presentation skills High business sense Good project management skills High on initiative Knowledge of US GAAP and best practices in different operational areas Good knowledge on Excel & MS Office . Ability to work with multiple stake holders / tasks. Individual will be responsible to manage RTR Function Develop KPI’s to monitor client specific operations Process optimization, using analytics and performance measures to drive continuous improvement Monitor SLA to avoid penalties and SLA credit Client management and develop healthy relationship Attain and schedule calls with client as per agreed MOS Manage the operations of the Record To Report, which includes Month-End closing Reporting, Payroll Accounting, Real Estate Accounting, Income Tax and Sales / Use Tax reporting Operations, Treasury accounting and reconciliations and Finance Team Support Services for IT Procurement Representing the team for sharing of best practices / initiatives / operations updates Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Organization financial policies and procedures. Manage internal / statutory department audits and internal control evaluations To ensure that all the deliverable requirements for each of the processes are met as per the service management framework Ensuring that knowledge repositories & process documentations are maintained for all the processes. Establish strong Internal controls, Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Plan, Quality measures and monitor them Continuously liaise with the key stakeholders (General Accounting Team Payroll Accounting Team, Real Estate Accounting Team, Income Tax and Sales / Use Tax reporting Operations Team, Treasury accounting and reconciliations Team and Finance Team Support Services Team for IT Procurement) Engage with the clients for a regular feedback on the service delivery. Leading / Participating in the Monthly Service Performance review calls with the service management teams and the Finanace controllers.
