Provide expertise and support in developing and deploying predictive models for Retail Clients Analytics. Embed models in the business strategy so that campaigns drive income as per Retail Clients Strategy and P&L targets, specifically Drive Client-centric analytics with in depth engagement:

The Role Responsibilities
Be an active member of the Business Analytics CoE

- Client Lifecycle Management ( Acquire, Activation, Cross Sell/Up Sell, Retention & Win-back)
- Enable scientific &ldquotest and learn&rdquo for direct to client campaigns
- Trigger development from both segmentation and propensity models
- Pricing analytics and optimization
- Digital analytics including social media data analytics for any new methodologies
- Channel analytics & optimization
- Client wallet utilization prediction both off-us and on-us
- Client and product profitability prediction
Compliance and Control
- Ensureappropriate operational procedures are in place in compliance with the Bank&rsquos strategy, branding policies and standards
- Ensure adherence of Group Retail Client Analytics Governance
Our Ideal Candidate
Functional
- Tertiary qualifications (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Economics)
- Retail Analytics Domain Experience (Retail Banking Business, Channel or Product Knowledge)- 2 years+
- Good Business Knowledge
- Hands on modelling Experience Preferable
- Good communication &ndash Can seamlessly translate analytics outcome into business strategy and vice versa
- Mandatory Analytics application usage experience – SAS
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Basic understanding of CRM principles, analytics automation, P&L forecasting and understanding of data structure (large data handling capability)
- Good PPT & Documentation Skills

- Business acumen &ndash understand what drives business profitability
- Ownership & Accountability &ndash Own, execute and deliver results
- Client centricity &ndash understanding on solution, service and relationship
- Strong oral and written communication
