Shift Timing: APAC (6:30am to 15:45pm)
BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various Operations leads in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
As an Associate-Business Analyst in Business Management & Analytics Group, responsible for creating meaningful & reliable MI, dashboards, liaise with various Operations Managers to develop, build and automate reports.

Your key responsibilities

  • Document current and future state reporting processes for the current CB IB CRU KYC Ops reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Suggest changes/automations to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations
  • Define & monitor project requirements by identifying project tracking activities, milestones, phases and elements, forming project team
  • Build Tableau Dashboard and views based on reporting requirements
  • Document changes in requirements and feeding changes to data engineer and developer

Your skills and experience

  • BCA, MCA, BTech, MTech or equivalent technical qualification with 6 to 8 years of experience
  • Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, SQL & Access experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Access, Word, Power-point etc
  • Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
