Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines. Part of a team and an individual contributor to a subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance) works independently on simpler tasks and under supervision on complex ones.

Outputs Expected:
P&L Ownership and Analytics:

  1. Performs financial analysis sales analysis and performance reviews to support decision making
  2. Prepare and review long-term operating budgets and assessment of actual performance versus plan
  3. Conducts monthly operating reviews provide recommendations for cost and margin optimization
  4. Recognize and maintain confidential information
  5. Perform accounting transaction entries
  6. Perform data profiling exercises; collaborate with technology finance and non-finance teams in resolving issues related to data quality and integrity
  7. Address and resolve queries on a day to day basis
  8. Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines
  9. Implement established policies and procedures
  10. Support the development implementation maintenance and communication procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies

Business Support:

  1. Acquire exhibit and enhance working knowledge of the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented
  2. Examine business areas for the proper handling of specific transactions for the correct accounting impact
  3. Lead Department Managers to create effective budgets using monthly financial reporting to analyse their outcomes and identify cost efficiencies
  4. Work with Revenue and Finance Managers to generate department-specific reports that monitor and help cut costs
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and generate business for organization
  6. Develop schedule for investment transactions and analyse efficiency
  7. Generate a monthly investment report reviewing operating and investment capital investment performance and cash reserves
  8. Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and sales reports
  9. Assist in training and mentoring of department team
  10. Responsible for one or more components of the large execution plan / project and execute the same within timelines
