Key responsibilities
Financial and Management Reporting
 Ensure entity / BU HFM reporting is accurate and in line with appropriate standards (review controller books, perform monthly controlling checks).
 Assist entities with reporting queries.
 Review monthly controller checklist for assigned entities/ BU’s.
 Controlling for assigned countries (ensure all entities have reported and that mismatches are understood and documented).
 Balance sheet analysis (review and consolidation of BU submissions).
 Provide input to monthly management report (consolidate input from BU’s, prepare PowerPoint slides and assist with analysis)
 Managing and assisting internal and external AUDITS
 Provide input to quarterly performance review (consolidate input from BU’s, prepare PowerPoint slides and assist with analysis).
 Adhoc tasks and analysis
Risk and Controls
 Promote the principles of good accounting practices, and ensure compliance with documented internal controls.

We are looking for
Skills and Job Knowledge
 Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of core reporting and accounting experience.
 Knowledge of accounting policies, including international accounting standards
 Knowledge of Management Accounting
 Prior financial accounting (GL) & reporting experience of one year
 Knowledge of HFM would be an added advantage
 Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting
 Excellent communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written
 Flexible to work in any shift, i.e. morning, afternoon or night.
Technical Skills
 Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae)
and MS PowerPoint
 Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting
 Prior experience in ERP systems
