The Role Responsibilities
Strategy

  • The primary purpose of this role is to work with the Head, Wealth Management India and the wealth India leadership team in development, implementation and tracking of the growth strategy for the wealth management franchise, support business execution priorities, monitor business performance and interact with key business stakeholders for ongoing performance reporting and analysis. This role collaborates with country finance, wealth and CPBB business / product units to align the wealth business strategy with the overall country and group execution priorities. The role also works on delivery of the wealth proposition to clients and frontline,

Business Performance

  • Work with the Head, WM in driving key business execution priorities and taking it to completion, create an enabling environment for delivery of strategic agenda
  • Support preparation of business plans and budgets, track performance and identify risks and opportunities to delivery of plan
  • Work closely with business finance for accurate reporting of financial KPIs and business metrics; track costs and spends
  • Work with product / business units within wealth for execution of business objectives
  • Work to streamline day-to-day MIs / reports / activities of the business and suggest improvements
  • Analyse and review performance data for measuring progress on plans / priorities and assist in updates to key stakeholders

Engagement with Business and Support Functions

  • Work with CPBB business heads to ensure congruence of business objectives, assist in periodic review
  • Work on regular updates for the WM Head, prepare strategy and business presentations for interactions with key stakeholders. Prepare presentation material and updates for all regular business/ governance forums and meetings
  • Support and organise monthly meetings with wealth, segment and business stakeholders for review of progress

Delivery of Wealth Proposition

  • Support delivery of wealth proposition to clients and frontline through compelling proof points, enablers and campaigns. Work with stakeholders within wealth and CPBB to deliver strategic agenda through these interventions
  • Drive usage of analytics insights and adoption of analytics campaigns
  • Work with marketing on strategic and tactical campaigns to drive WM x-sell, up-sell and drive digital penetration
  • Drive adoption and usage of new product / process / platform launches through targeted communication plans and frontline interventions
  • Participate in and drive client and frontline engagement activities for WM: Webinars, Events, Town halls, Big-Calls and Rewards / Recognition Programmes, Tactical Incentives, Training Programmes

General Responsibilities

  • Work, co-ordinate with and respond to Group and country business planning teams / business and product heads / finance on an ongoing basis for all regular / ad-hoc requirements
  • Participate in monthly / quarterly leadership performance %26amp; review meetings with the Head WM %26amp; key stakeholders and prepare updates / track progress
  • Undertake specific business projects /assignments as required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and knowledge of products / landscape in the Retail Banking / Wealth Management space
  • Sharp business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint
  • Experience in data analysis, planning and reporting
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing assignments with stretch deadlines, manage prioritisation with complete attention to detail
