ASSISTANT MANAGERS/BRANCH HEADS
Candidates must be Graduates/Post Graduates
with relevant experience in Business sourcing/Marketing or Sales of Financial products and must have served in Managerial Cadre / Middle Management level in Banks/Reputed Financial Institutions/Companies. Age should not exceed 45 years. Retired/VRS opted Bank Managers who had served as Branch Heads not below Scale II grade for a minimum period of 2 yrs may also apply.
The salary offered is ranging from Rs.16,000/- to Rs.21,250/-pm for Assistant Manager and Rs.22,250/- to Rs.31,000/-pm for Branch Heads, depending on the centre of posting.
In addition, all our employees will be eligible for Quarterly variable incentives and Performance linked Annual Bonus (Variable) as per norms depending on Branch/individual business performance.
