Roles & Responsibilities
Banking Side Activities –

Preparing and providing the data needed by Bankers / Lenders as and when required
Preparing the annual CMA for submitting to the Banks
Preparing banking compliance statements such as FFR I,II,III statements, Asset coverage Statements etc
Assist in preparing the Annual Assessment Note and getting it sanctioned from the Lead Bank by resolving all their queries and working closely with them
Assist in Debt related documentation and operational activities including liaisoning with RTA, Exchange and other parties
Close co-ordination with bankers /lenders for compliance and regulatory requirements
MIS Side Activities –
Assist in preparing various finance department related presentations for internal as well as external consumption
Coordinating with other team members of the function for preparing critical MIS’s for monitoring the Finance function on a regular basis
Occasionally take a lead role representing the finance function on ad-hoc projects
Rating Agencies side activities –
Liason with credit rating agencies for ratings by fulfilling the data requirements at regular intervals
Close co-ordination with rating agencies for SEBI LODR, RBI and other compliances

Compliance side activities –

Should have procedural understanding of compliances required for banking/capital market transactions

Technical Competencies / Skills :

MS office proficiency (Especially MS Power point and MS Excel) Strong understanding of financial reports, Working knowledge of various borrowing instruments Working knowledge of various regulatory guidelines Ability to present the data in concise and relevant manner Knowledge of practices / players / trends in the treasury domain
Personal Attributes :

Ability to work well under pressure, lending control and order to a difficult or pressurised situation
Ability to absorb information and learns quickly
Innovation and creative skills, challenges the existing processes and status quo
Excellent inter-personal skills.
· Should be extrovert and should be able to handle mid level treasury relationships
· Good written & spoken communication skills
· Adept at working on large data sets, spreadsheets etc
