Responsibilities
- Working with technology team in gathering new requirements in HR Operations
- Involve in E2E testing till deployment phase
- Handle a team of 4 to 5
- understand the challenges faced in the current process and finding solutions for better operations
- Need to manage project and drive team to close requests within specified timelines

Minimum qualifications
- Strong drive and work ethic
· Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems
· A high level of analytical/ logical ability and a solution selling approach
· High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures
· Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
· Ability to interact confidently
· Willingness to work in flexible office timings &ndash morning, afternoon or evening depending on business exigencies
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
· Eye for detail and quick in execution
· Innovative and out of box thinking
· Ability to drive compliance & process adherence
· Ability to lead & work in cross functional teamsPreferred qualifications
· Graduation from a recog. univ.
· Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
· HR domain knowledge exp. Mandate
· Team leading exp. Preferred
· Worked on HR backend support preferably salary, Bonus & Incentives
