NA Position Purpose
Finance SLA manager will be responsible for managing all the Managing and Creating SLA’s, Conducting Risk Assessment, Managing GDPR requirements across teams for process and systems, which are coming from global locations and getting offshored to ISPL Mumbai / Chennai.
Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Creating SLA / Legal Contracts, Stakeholder management, Communication Management, Internal Reporting & Governance for Finance shared services.
Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
- Manage and create SLA’s for FSS services in scope for various work streams and regions
- Work together with onshore stakeholders in conducting Risk assessments for the services / systems in scope
- Coordinate with ISPL and Global stakeholders to assess the requirements from Legal, Finance, Compliance, Tax, DPO and business perspective
- Publish weekly / fortnightly dashboards highlighting current progress and challenges for SLA closure
- Ensure 100% adhere to annual SLA compliance requirements
- Ensure relevant changes in the SLA scope are highlighted during annual steerco with respective regional CFO’s
Contributing Responsibilities
- Role will also require an individual to work with Transition management team on projects, billing and other transition related deliverables i.e. create presentations for senior management, provide support on creating RACI, TOM, project plans etc.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and SharePoint
- Expertise in creating SLA’s / Legal documents
