Position Summary: The candidate will be responsible for leading Business Partnering for Established products franchise and Enabling Functions of Janssen India along with the Reporting responsibilities for Janssen India Business Unit Finance (BUF). Responsibilities include: Business Partnering – Established Products End to end business partnering and financial planning for Sales / Opex for Established products franchise of Janssen India Support Business planning and update cycles, product pricing, PDC reviews, new product launch, S&OP; alignments, A&SP;/ME reviews, distributor appointment, accruals processes and any other Business case review and analysis Price Variance, GP & Opex reviews and monitoring against the plan, appropriate support to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Ensure robust business controls on spends, pricing and discounts and drive governance of the same. Drive compliance in processes with respect to adherence to SOPs and applicable guidelines. Business Partnering – Enabling functions Provide Finance partnering support to enabling Functions i.e. RAF, MAF (including PMS and Phase IV studies), Legal, CE, BD, Training, Business IT, Corp Comm, General Admin, BSG services and deputation functions. Partnering with stakeholders to support planning of functional costs (planning & update cycles), monitor spends, drive reviews (vs plan) and discussions on opportunities and risks (mitigation), drive compliance in processes. Support quarterly processes related to cross charge of deputation / other costs, engage and align with regional / global stakeholders Business Unit Finance (BUF) Reporting Lead planning cycle coordination and management decks Lead LRFP for Janssen India Monthly /quarterly regional & local requirements and management comments Quarterly P&L; analysis and forecast for the region Advance tax and subsidy calculations and projections Any other ad-hoc reporting requirements Qualifications Qualifications: Preferred Area of Study: Finance/Accounting, CA / CMA or other financial certification Required Years of Related Experience: 4 years Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong business partnering skills to influence / partner with business stakeholders Ability to manage and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders Strong analytical skills and business acumen Strong knowledge of Finance / Accounting principles and processes Should be a strong team player Independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success Should have passion for data analytics and insights gathering from same Key working relationships: Business partners (commercial and functional teams) Business Unit Finance, Shared service Finance teams, Global services, COE team Regional / Global stakeholders (for cross charge process) Location / Mobility: The position is currently based out of Mumbai Reporting: Will be reporting into the Finance Controller, Janssen India and will have no direct reports Are you ready to impact the world Johnson & Johnson offers an unusual experience to professionals looking for an opportunity to work with hardworking people who share your real passion for caring in an environment that empowers you to drive your own career.
