Legal actions on defaulter customers. Liaising with Remedial Managers to initiate legal action on defaulting customers through bank-empanelled advocates. Coordinating for implementation of legal orders. Focused efforts towards closure of the delinquent cases of the Bank for the area. Interaction with internal and external Stakeholders Interacting and doing joint visits with Sales, local remedial managers and other stakeholders as per Job requirement. Coordinating with advocates for updates on task assigned. Review with cross functions to ascertain the need of the group. Support to Sales team on legal mattersAdvocate management Scrutinizing and empanelment of new advocate for effective handling of legal actions.MIS management and control Review the MIS with team for key deliverables. Mentoring and educating team on the various developments in the legal field Updating team on the various developments in the legal field, obtained from advocates, news, and other channels. .Team management Feedback to team on areas of performance improvement. Mentoring and motivating team to enhance the performance.
