Operations & Process Review As Area Head of Sales Quality/CPA, incumbent is responsible for all CPA operations for respective Regional Locations for Merchant acquiring. All desks Pan India put together manage a monthly volume of approx 50000 applications Responsible for reviewing all processes & ensuring implementation at both CPA & Sales. Responsible for ensuring 100% Back Calling Verification for ME . Ensure Never Applied , Not Interested cases are declined in system as per process Approval rates Processing and Productivity Responsible for Approval Rates : To Monitor Gross approval rates across Channels , Products, by closely tracking the Sourcing Mix and sharing SM / ZH /RH level MIS for course correction . To initiate timely interventions from relevant stake holders viz Policy , AFU , Risk , etc to prevent an impact on approval rates. Target 90% for ME Application processing and productivity Supporting increased Volumes through better process Management : To ensure that applications are processed by CPA desks promptly and with nil process breakdowns To ensure adequate feedback is shared with the sourcing Channels to reduce FTNR and improve through-put . To reduce idle time between processes Automation and Process ImprovementTo ensure that best practices learned over a period of time to streamline Merchant Acquiring Processes , To reduce FTNR and build a First time Right culture , To propose greater degree of automation / digitalization at various process stages from Sourcing till TID release Curable Primes Curable Primes: To work closely with AFU/Ops to ensure errors are low at CPA as well as AFU and work towards a first time right approach. To use the same to share feedback to Sales where applicable. Quality and Compliance Responsible for all Key objectives to be driven with Sales & ensure numbers are achieved.
