Job Description :Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 AreasActionable (4-6)JR 1 Synergy between the IFB product team and other internal channels The role is to Liaison with the branches and all the Internal teams at a specified area of operation (HNW/ VRM /Agri / SLI / Asset team Salary corporate tie ups, including government desk activities) To build mindshare at the ground level with these channels and be accountable for targets / implementation of the process to ensure a seamless activity flow . Ensure Timely MIS to branches and seniors. Co-ordinate with central teams for MIS /Publish MIS to branches, support these channels with details of ongoing offers , share relevant offers to these channels. Responsible for Branch Displays and Lead Generation Activities. Run corporate activities – for Existing corporates as well as the Government tie ups. This would entail that there is a proper process to ensure we get the best deals to be offered to these corporates. Responsible for organising product displays at Branches and setting up market setups. Responsible for Branch Targets and various Cross sells. Ensure productivity is tracked at thon the ground . To provide valid inputs/ by running various initiatives for achieving the FYs targets for EasyEMI enhancement through branches and tracking Branch/Unit wise MIS. The IFB Team is also expected to cross sell other liability products of the bank including Credit cards, Current accounts, savings accounts, salary accounts and fixed deposits. The ASM is responsible to ensure sourcing of the business from the Sms and BDRs. Building Proper Distribution in his locations for BDRs, Channels. Responsible for ensuring sourcing Business from Branches ( Internal Customers, RM Channel, corporate salary, ABM Channel etc ), Phone Banking, VRM, COP, PRIME, EEG, HL, and other internal channels of the bank and also from the Open Market ( Catchment areas Near Branches ).SkillsSales, Interpersonal and Influencing SkillsAbility to aggressively work under sales Pressure.Result oriented approach and strong execution skills.Multitasking ability.Continuous LearningAnalytical and presentation skills.Planning and Organizing SkillsGood Communication SkillsKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
