Your responsibilities include:
%26bull; Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify areas getting impacted by the proposed business change and define business requirements for impacted FTB systems
%26bull; Run process workshops (individually) to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify & prioritize process-improvement opportunities
%26bull; Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process-improvement solutions
%26bull; Communicates clearly with all partners and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
%26bull; Systems impact assessments, agreement on target architecture design, documentation of business requirements, preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the requirements, preparation of test plans, test cases, coordinating with users and IT during the testing phase etc. Responsible from development of concept to implementation of sound, client-focused and value-adding capabilities
%26bull; Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
%26bull; Identify, manage and raise where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
%26bull; Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
%26bull; Coordinate strongly and effectively with business / IT / FC business partners, assist the project leads to drive the project plan and related activities such as chair governance forums to prioritize the book of work
