The Job

In this role, you will be involved in all phases of R&D, from ideation to deployment planning and providing expertise on current mobile standards, technologies and frameworks.
You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and implementing mobile application solutions for Android mobile devices.
  • Participating fully and enthusiastically in ideation and design discussions.
  • Researching upcoming technology and bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Partnering closely with non-technical staff to define user requirements.
  • Advising on best practices for mobile UI, functional, and solution design.

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on mobile application development experience for Android phones/tablets.
  • Experience with enterprise-level, high-availability mobile application development is required.
  • You are proficient in Java, Kotlin and Web Service integration (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • You have working knowledge of profile provisioning and key management (such as push notifications, mapping etc. ).
  • You have a solid understanding of testing methodologies such as functional, SOA and performance testing.
  • Having experience with responsive web design will be an advantage
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of the highest standards
  • You are result-driven and show a high level of resilience
