Job Description :
Some of the key aspects of this role are:

  1. Perform robust due diligence on Banker requests for new ECI’s, with key focus and unwavering attention to detail
  2. Collaborate and communicate effectively through active engagement with Global Partners.
  3. Keep track of all requests and effectively allocate the work within team members with a strong oversight on the SLA timelines and available coverage.
  4. Identify avenues of efficiency and improvement and ensure associated implementation.
  5. Lead by example when it comes to encouraging the team on team work and assist team members to achieve common goal of productivity and meeting deadlines.
  6. Act as first line of filter for internal team queries before they are raised for further assistance.
  7. Handle any escalations and concerns in the absence of the manager effectively.
  8. Develop process knowledge for self and team and aim to understand the complete cycle of the process and not only limited to procedural knowledge.
  9. Be responsible for any process related reporting requirements. Effectively maintain and track data on consistent basis.
  10. Be responsible for ensuring all procedure documents are accurately and timely updated for onshore sign off
  11. Put in place mechanisms to capture basic process data/info and provide when asked for, or prepare reports when needed by the Manager and/or the business

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Graduates from any stream.
– Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or Business management.
– Minimum 4.0 years of overall work experience or at least 1.0 years completed in current role.
-Good knowledge in Excel and working knowledge in MS PowerPoint
– Experience in research and prospect on-boarding will be a plus point.
– Working Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform will be an added advantage.
– Experience in working with tools like Client Central, Customer Assist, ICRD, CKC and CTF.
– Curious, energetic and highly proactive in nature and always focusing on opportunity arising from situations
– ‘No excuses’ culture and mindset as a belief system.
– Ability to consider multiple dimensions of an issue.
– Taking responsibility of basic hygiene such as daily workflow allocation
– Willingness to believe in oneself and assess situations as well as take risks when called for
– Eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
– Ability to work with high volumes and adaptive to working under pressure and deadlines.
– Comfortable in working through online tools and databases to gather information and insights
– Previous experience of interacting with Stake holders and flexible as per the requirements of the stake holder.
– Good communication and writing skills
– Ready to operate within EMEA hours, but basis business needs, is amenable to flexible schedules
