Roles & Responsibility:
Delta Refresh to be performed on a daily basis.
Period(GL & SL) Open Close task to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
Capex Settlement task to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
Mass Reversal to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
Depreciaiton Run to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
PO Settlement to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
Discount Rate Check Report to be prepared on a monthly basis.
Recurring Entry to be posted on a month basis.
PMO Settlement Job to be executed weekly and monthly.
WIP Settlement Job to be executed weekly and monthly.
Variance Calculation Job to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.
Brand Through Profit Write Off to be posted during month end.
Profit In Stock Job to be posted during month end.
Regrouping Customer and Vendor Job run to be monitored during month end and to be executed manually if auto job fails.
FX Revaluation to be performed during month end close.
COGS(Cost of Goods Sold) Allocation to Overhead to be executed during month end
WHT Reconciliation to be performed on a monthly basis
Material Revaluation Run to be performed during month end
GL Clearing to be performed during month end
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
Perform GL reconciliations, BS analysis
Well prepare for external and internal audit
Active involvement in Month End Close around GAPA Job monitoring, posting and WHT Recon.
Responsible for daily operational accounting and financial activities. Solves arising issues, liaises with stakeholders and with other financial colleagues to solve specific issues.
Driving issue resolution, pro-actively seek out better ways of doing things and drive implementation of ‘simpler, faster, better’ processes and ways of working.
Proactively suggests improvements/additional control points to build in and takes an active part in process improvement projects, in implementation and in the follow up.
