Job Description
Performs unified communications systems management. Work involves analysis, documentation, configuration and maintenance of the enterprise communications platform.
Will leverage industry knowledge to provide guidance according to best practices, Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative.
The Unified Communications Solutions Analyst will also perform other duties as assigned

  • Review, analyze, modify, and create call flows, queues, skills, and prompts library.
  • Analyze problems related to new and existing communication systems and develop solution-focused recommendations.
  • Continuously work to identify potential points of optimization to ensure that enterprise services are efficient, effective, valuable, and protected.
  • 2-4 years of experience with managing a telecommunication product at a technical and customer level, with focus on a Microsoft Teams, Skype.
  • Skype server administration / support experience on Skype/MSTeams.
  • The candidate should be familiar with all the functionalities/features of Skype /MS Teams
  • Knowledge and experience with Office 365
  • Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell
  • Additional Microsoft Infrastructure Experience (Exchange, AD,etc)
