General Summary: Our IT Service Operations team provides holistic support and proactive monitoring to maintain the overall health of IT applications, tools and infrastructure in complex global businesses. We are subject matter experts in hardware, data and software, security, information access, system performance and data integrity. We also work in partnership with other IT functions and departments to recommend process improvements and resolve system outages. Key Responsibility:

  • Act as primary point of contact for monitoring all alerts generating from Virtustream commercial sector monitoring system , incident creation and coordination.
  • Responsible for performing basic validation steps, creating incidents before escalating to next level.
  • Ensure that defined processes and procedures are being followed both in terms of horizontal and Vertical Escalation.
  • Responsible for Day to Day operations of as per the Eyes on glass team activity matrix.
  • Work closely with L2 / ROCC Teams on any Critical / High Priority Incidents.
  • Performing real time monitoring of Critical System of Customer in 24×7 rotational working environment.
  • Responsible for communicating & coordinating with all key stakeholders on any critical outage as and when needed

Requirement Details:

  • Basic understanding of Compute, Storage, Network, Backup, SAP Basis, OS and DB.
  • Should have 6 months -2 Years of experience in handling Basic L1 troubleshooting of SAP, DB and OS level. Well Verse in handling Alerts and INC management.
  • Hands on experience on any of the ITSM Ticketing Tool (Preferable).
  • Good understanding of ITIL Framework on Incident & Event Management Process (Preferable).
  • Hands on experience on any of the ITSM Ticketing Tool (Preferable).
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 environment.
