  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A : Manage overall delivery for the applications from offshore end B : Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective C : Monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables D : Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure everyone is updated about the teams progress E : Resolves team impediments with external teams F : Work with project leads for prioritizing all of these activities

    • Technical Experience : A : Must have Expertise using Scrum and Project Management tools like Jira , Project Planner , etc B : Experience leading scrum teams C : Must Have Team handling , analytical and presentation skills

    • Professional Attributes : A : Should have good communication skills
