We are currently seeking a AEM Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Must have and Basic Qualifications: Platforms: AEM 6.5, 6.4, 6.1 Technologies: – AEM (must) 2+ years of AEM experience – Front-End: – vanilla JS (must) – Backbone (plus) – HTML – SASS / CSS (must) – Bootstrap (plus) – Webpack (must) Job Duties: – Provide support to business users requiring technical assistance related AEM applications – Perform troubleshooting tasks and problem resolution – Coordination across different internal and external teams for incident resolution – Proactively monitor application health and performance metrics – Apply understanding and knowledge of computer software and hardware to assist internal users through diagnosis and resolution of problems with follow up steps – Develop production incident fixes and operations (stability, performance, maintainability, security) – Ensure stability, performance, maintainability, security checks within the environment – Log and document support/resolution tickets – Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor – Must be able to support on-call rotations
