1. Design and implement the Admin / facilities maintenance and management control framework.
2. Should have good oral / written communication skills and should be able to communicate at all levels.
3. Oversee the projects, manage all the changes happening in the Admin / facilities and synchronies the policies in line of the changes;
4. Monitor the budget for all Admin and Travel variance in the cost by analyzing alternatives;
5. Understand the business requirement for setting up Policies and Procedures.
6. Evaluate and select the vendors through the RFP and approve vendor contracts;
7. Draft SOP s pertaining to Administration;
8. Co – ordinate with the finance team and procurement executive to design SLAs and commercials;
9. Drive group security policies and initiate corrective actions in the facilities management domain from BCP perspective;
10. Drive process improvement initiatives across sites for cost rationalization and better service;
11. Co – ordinate for ISO audits, provide relevant data and prepare statutory compliance report;
12. Liaise with the client to provide updates from a facilities management perspective;
13. Establish and track vendor SLAs and evaluate performance on a regular basis and provide feedback.
14. Manage the Cafeteria and Catering at our office.
1. Minimum 8 – 10 years experience with 2 – 3 years in managing multiple locations will be an added advantage
2. Experience in the Real Estate / ITES sector is preferred
3. Should have complete knowledge of Asset Management
4. Should have hands on experience for Procurement and vendor management.
5. Should have complete knowledge of Excel
6. Prepare monthly management report, incident report and vendor performance report
