Job Description
Proven 3-4 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant supporting managers at the executive level
Ability to accommodate different working styles, maintain high integrity, confidentiality and excellent customer service skills
Must be a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and initiative
Must have a positive and professional approach
Ability to change direction and re-prioritize in response to changing work situations
Ability to react with appropriate urgency and maintain composure in situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
Developing various headcount related reports and circulating them internally
Managing calendar of Group Manager
Asset tracking and planning
Event planning and coordination
Expense management & Claim management
Calendar management
Effective verbal and written communication skills required
This position requires strong attention to detail
