 Make arrangements of travel for other staff.
 Supervise security and Housekeeping routine work with help with Housekeeping, so that ambience of the office is maintained.
 Oversee maintenance of equipments such as Air conditionings, CCTV System.
 Plan and execute any event that takes place in the office.
 Liaise with various vendors for their service issues and for invoices submission.
 Follow up with finance team for timely Vendor Payments.
 Maintain inventory of all items required in Housekeeping and others administrative activities.
 Managing office boys for their work and co-ordination with other departments.
 Managing stationery purchase, distribution and control for the entire office.
 Prepare MIS for Admin related expenses.
