Job Profile

1. Vendor Management & Office Administration, Bills processing, Managing overall administration & AMC.
2. Co-ordinating with internal as well as external clients.
3. Managing Housekeeping staff.
4. Negotiation for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products and services
5. Follow up with government bodies /Liasoning Visiting police stations/ labor courts etc. on day to day basis and maintaining cordial relations
6. Candidate should be Tactful and Responsive to deal with Government Agencies

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent Communication skill.
2. Must have 3 to 7 years of experience in admin.
3. Well versed with excel.
