JD:

  • Managing the collections through team of COs/DMAs.
  • Responsible for the collections performance on various collection parameters such as Arrear resolution, Bucket wise resolutions including the Roll forward rates, Loan loss provisioning, Penal interest collection for the assigned geographical area
  • .Travelling to all the locations within the area on monthly basis to review the performance of each field location.
  • Periodic performance review of the CO’s & keeping close control to ensure the achievement of allocated collection targets
